The Company Behind ForgePort
ForgePort was built inside TrustFort IT Consulting GmbH through 2025 and 2026, starting as an internal operations platform and maturing into a productised governed agent runtime. In April 2026 the decision was taken to spin ForgePort out as a separate legal entity, with TrustFort continuing as the preferred implementation partner.
TrustFort remains the operator of the platform and the first point of contact for new customers. ForgePort NewCo assumes direct commercial ownership of the product once the spin-out completes.

Relationship to TrustFort
ForgePort and TrustFort are complementary. ForgePort is the product — a subscription platform customers run to get governed AI operations on Business Central. TrustFort is the consulting firm that implements and customises it. The two organisations are commercially aligned but operationally and (post-spin-out) legally separate.
